Broker Assisted Options Trading Rates:
$79 round-turn / per option contract*

With our Broker-Assisted trading account you will always retain the final say as to whether trades are initiated for your account or not.  Because you will be working one-on-one with a registered futures and options broker, this type of account may be for you if you have limited time to trade or you are a new trader with little or no trading experience.

After discussing your risk tolerance and trading objectives, your account representative will provide you with specific trading recommendations. Once you give us the go-ahead to initiate a trade strategy, your account will be closely monitored while advice, help, and current price alerts are just a toll-free phone call away.

In addition, you will have free access to the EnVision Portal which represents what we believe to be an industry first, providing a quick view of all relevant information in the areas of quotes, charts, research, and up-to-date account information all accessible via a secure sign-on.

Remember, our trading team will take all the time you need to fully answer any questions you may have concerning your trading account. The bottom line is if you need anything, your experienced account representative will assist you in your trading efforts.

PLEASE NOTE:  When doing a bull call spread you are trading two options and will be charged accordingly.

*Plus applicable exchange & NFA fees ($13.01 Chicago & $14.01 New York - round-turn / per option).

Tax Benefits of a Futures Account

Due to an agreement between the U. S. Treasury Department and Congress, all gains earned from futures trades are taxed as if they were made up of 60% long term capital gains and 40% short term capital gains. This means that 60% of the gains are considered long term capital gains and are subject to a maximum federal income tax of only 15%, compared to the short term capital gains which are subject to a top tax rate of 38%. The net after tax results for gains made in futures and options on futures trading can be significantly higher for those clients who are in the upper U.S. income tax brackets. You should consult your tax advisor before investing.

Do not hesitate to contact an Edgemoore Financial Management professional to learn more about these programs and to find out if they are consistent with your overall investment portfolio and risk tolerance.

Futures and Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
